Installing & activating

How do I install Qboqo?
Download the .msi from the Download page and double-click it. See the Getting Started guide for details.

How do I activate?
Open Qboqo → Help ▸ Activate Qboqo… → enter your key → Activate.

“Invalid key” / “key already in use”?
Check the key is typed exactly. If it’s active on another computer, deactivate it there first (Help ▸ Activate Qboqo… ▸ Deactivate), then activate here.

Activation says “offline”?
Activation needs internet once. Check your connection (and any firewall blocking api.qboqo.com) and try again.

Trial & licensing

How long is the trial?
30 days, full features. After that Qboqo runs read-only until you activate a license.

What happens when my subscription ends?
Qboqo enters read-only mode (open/view/print works; editing pauses). Renew with a new key to re-enable editing.

Can I move my license to a new PC?
Yes — deactivate on the old PC, then activate on the new one.

Documents & compatibility

Does Qboqo open Microsoft Office files?
Yes — Word, Excel and PowerPoint (.docx, .xlsx, .pptx) open and save by default, plus OpenDocument formats.
