This Privacy Policy explains what data Qboqo Office Suite (“the Software”) and this website handle. We keep data collection to the minimum required to deliver licensing.

1. What the Software sends

To activate and validate your license, the Software contacts our licensing server at api.qboqo.com and transmits:

• Device fingerprint — a non-reversible hash derived from stable hardware identifiers. It cannot be turned back into your hardware details and is used only to bind one license to one device.
• License key — sent during activation and periodic validation.
• Basic request metadata — such as IP address and timestamp, as part of any normal internet request.

2. What the Software does NOT collect

• We do not collect, transmit, or store the contents of your documents.
• We do not track your editing activity or usage analytics for marketing.
• We do not sell your data.

3. Why we process this data

The device fingerprint and license key are processed solely to: activate your license, enforce one-device licensing, validate that a license remains active, and provide support.

4. Retention

License records (key, associated device fingerprint, activation/validation timestamps, plan and expiry) are retained for the life of the license and as required for support, accounting, and legal compliance.

5. This website

If you submit the feedback form, the name, email and message you provide are emailed to our support address so we can respond. Standard web-server logs may record IP address and request details.

6. Third parties

The Software and website are hosted on third-party infrastructure (hosting and email providers) that process requests on our behalf. We do not share your data with advertisers.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data associated with your license, subject to legal and contractual limits. Contact support@qboqo.com.
